GitOps Platform Factory
A pull-based platform model that turns cluster infrastructure, shared services, policy and application onboarding into continuously reconciled desired state.
Problem
GitLab and Azure DevOps pipelines were cumbersome, slow and oriented around pushing one cluster build at a time. Application onboarding also depended on platform-team tickets and separately orchestrated deployment steps.
Delivery
- Azure Service Operator and KRO-based composition for operator-managed infrastructure.
- Flux, Kustomize and HelmRelease resources for platform and application reconciliation.
- External Secrets Operator and Kyverno for secrets and policy controls.
- Self-service namespaces with quotas, network policies and governed application releases.
Private Evidence
The private implementation contains ASO ManagedCluster resources, environment overlays, Flux reconciliation definitions, HelmRelease resources, operator-managed secrets and namespace-policy templates. Source repositories are withheld from the public portfolio.
Value and Boundary
The pattern removes bespoke push orchestration from the normal delivery path and gives platform and application teams one auditable GitOps contract. Employer identifiers, runtime values and unsupported time-saving metrics are deliberately excluded.

Enterprise Controls
Production integrations apply explicit tool and data permissions, block unauthorised agent requests before restricted actions can run, and provide end-to-end auditability for approved activity. Human approval remains in place for changes to systems or data.

A governed integration that lets an agent work with policy-compliance data so a human operator can monitor posture, interrogate records and assemble traceable evidence.
Problem
Compliance evidence is often fragmented across definitions, initiatives, scopes, resources and remediation records, making review slow and provenance difficult to establish.

Employer data, customer information and live environment details remain private. This sanitized account describes the delivered production capability without exposing internal records, system identifiers or security-sensitive configuration.
Production Product Ownership
Digital Commerce Operations
An owner-operated commerce platform demonstrating product delivery across authentication, CI/CD, payments, inventory, monitoring, customer communication and fulfilment controls.
Problem
A working commerce system must coordinate customer experience, payment state, stock and fulfilment without allowing retries or automation to create duplicate side effects.
Delivery
- Authentication, release pipelines and production monitoring.
- Payment-success-only mutation and webhook idempotency.
- Atomic inventory failure and owner-approved dispatch.
- Safe checkout canary with explicit side-effect boundaries.
Production Scope
The live commerce platform supports authenticated customer journeys, payments, orders, stock management, customer communication and owner-operated fulfilment, with monitored releases and controls against duplicate payment or inventory side effects.
Boundary
Commercial and customer data are excluded. Physical packing, carrier labels and parcel hand-off remain human-owned and are not presented as unattended automation.
Private implementation details and source repositories can be discussed during due diligence where confidentiality permits. These case studies do not expose employer or customer material.
